Document Management System has enabled all the certificate and letter templates to suit each and every type of educational scenario with room for customizations with effortless access to them at any time or date.

• The certificates and letter templates include admission certification letters, bonafide certificates, attendance reports, equivalent certificates, leaving certificates, readmission letters, job offer letters, joining letters, relieving letters, fees letters and other educational certifications.
• The admin can specify the mode, user type, template type, page orientation status, preview layout, manage approvals, update date-wise, batch-wise, course-wise and category-wise records for certificate and letter templates in the system.

Students and employees can upload documents including passport, pan card and license. They can request diverse certificates which comprise referral, academic, experience and graduation certificates.

• The system can generate, save, directly save & email documents as well as certificates at admission and graduation time
